Christmas tree labyrinth by night
On Saturday the 14th of January an original project was opened in Interlaken’s central park, the Höhenmatte. The so called Winterlaken labyrinth was completely constructed with used, discarded and non-sold Christmas trees. The resulting maze has 230 meters of winding paths that lead you through almost 1000 disused Christmas trees. The spectacle can be explored and admired until February 19th during day and night time.
Night time especially creates a maze with fairytale vibes due to the abundant led lights and general christmassy atmosphere. If you are visiting Interlaken it is highly recommended to visit this fun and original labyrinth. Find it on the Höhematte right opposite the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel.
