Fondue backpack sledding
The Interlaken & Jungfrau region is known for being a true sledding paradise. With 70km of sledging marked and groomed tracks you can explore for days while zipping down on a Swiss sledge. You can even go night sledding in Interlaken if you want to do something extra special. Add to that a wonderful fondue backpack by the Fondue Villa, complete with picnic blanket and all necessities to create a delicious Swiss mountain top fondue, and you get a truly unique Swiss experience.
Head towards Kleine Scheidegg, Männlichen, First or Mürren and sledge as many runs until you are hungry enough to indulge in a yummy traditional Swiss cheese fondue carefully crafted by the fondue villa Interlaken. Their fondue picknick backpack contains everything for a fantastic fondue meal: local alpine fondue cheese, a rechaud & caquelon (heater & fondue pot), wind cover, lighter, bread & other sides, fondue forks, a bottle of wine & glasses, a thermos of tea, fondue spices and something sweet for desert. Drape your sledges with the added table cloth for a cute table setting and use the other sledges as your seats facing the amazing mountain panorama.
